- If you live in or around the Bridgeport, Nebraska you may select local pick-up at checkout.
- Some items are not in stock and will be shipped to the storefront.
- Customers will receive an order confirmation email once their order has been processed and is ready for pick up.
- Pick up days/times are Tuesday, Thursdays, Fridays 11-5pm and Saturdays 10-2:30pm.
- If these times do not work please select shipping.
- You have TWO weeks to pick up your items or you will be asked to pay for shipping.
- Standard shipping is $7 on all orders.
- Free shipping on $100 or more.
- Orders are shipped through USPS first class or priority, depending on weight.
- Most order will be delivered within 2-9 business days.
- Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days from the original order date/time.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an email receipt with your order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or email us for confirmation.
- Tracking your order - once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
- Customers may return any unused, unworn items, with tags attached within 14 days of delivery date or in-store purchase date, by mail or in store for store credit.
- All returns must be accompanied by original or gift receipt and customer will receive store credit for the amount paid for the item(s).
- No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued. STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGES ONLY
- Items will not be accepted for return if the item has been worn, washed, or the tag or hygienic liner has been removed.
- All clearance and sale items are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged or adjusted for any reason.
- If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 business days of the package’s original delivery.
- Please email email@example.com before you send a return. If the item is not eligible you will not be given store credit.
