- Customers may return any unused, unworn items, with tags attached within 14 days of delivery date or in-store purchase date, by mail or in store for store credit.
- All returns must be accompanied by original or gift receipt and customer will receive store credit for the amount paid for the item(s).
- No cash, credit or debit card refunds will be issued. STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGES ONLY
- Items will not be returned if the item has been worn, washed, or the tag or hygienic liner has been removed.
- All clearance and sale items are final sale and may not be returned, exchanged or adjusted for any reason.
- If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, email firstname.lastname@example.org within three business days of the package’s original delivery.
- Please email email@example.com before you send a return. If the item is not eligible you will not be given store credit.
